Lost Towels uses Australia Post services for deliveries both within Australia and internationally. Orders are sent via trackable Parcel Post. Generally, orders within Australia are delivered in two and six days for standard shipping, or one to three days for express post. Internationally, orders are delivered in five to ten business days, depending on the destination.
All orders are sent with a tracking number and tracking link which is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS
Full priced product purchased from losttowels.com can be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase. You must include the receipt and all products must be in original condition with original packaging. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds on SALE or items on promotion.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we will not be held responsible for any parcels that go missing in transit.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email confirming the refund has been processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
