RETURNS
If you're not completely happy with your Lost Towels, full priced product purchased from this website can be returned for exchange or refund within seven days of purchase. You must include the receipt and all products must be in original condition with original packaging. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds on SALE or items on promotion.
Please contact hello@losttowels.com to advise of your return and we will provide you with the returns address and information.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we will not be held responsible for any parcels that go missing in transit.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email confirming the refund has been processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three working days.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
